Amends Minnesota Statutes section 13.32, subdivision 3 to add a new exception (r) allowing disclosure of educational data to Tribal nations about Tribally enrolled or descendant students.

Educational data may be shared with Tribal nations to the extent necessary for the Tribal nation and school district or charter school to support the educational attainment of the student.

This new exception is added to existing permitted disclosure categories for private educational data, which previously included court orders, health emergencies, juvenile justice purposes, and other specific circumstances.
