Allows integrated community supports to be delivered across two or more multifamily housing buildings within the same apartment complex on the same or adjoining property.

Permits multiple license holders to deliver integrated community supports at the same address if a site-specific review is approved by the commissioner.

Allows multiple license holders to deliver integrated community supports and other residential services (customized living, assisted living, foster care, etc.) at the same address or apartment complex as long as total settings do not exceed 25 percent of total apartment units.

Establishes minimum capacity requirement of two or more living units for integrated community supports provider-controlled settings.

Effective date is January 1, 2024, or upon federal approval, whichever is later.
