Manufacturers contracting for armored car services remain responsible for maintaining transportation manifests and inventory tracking as required by commissioner rules.

Permits Department of Health staff to transport medical cannabis and samples to laboratories for testing and during special investigations when the commissioner determines a potential public health threat exists.

Requires Department of Health transport vehicles to be staffed with a minimum of two employees who must carry Department of Health identification cards and a transport manifest.
