Former student's right to practice automatically expires after 90 days from degree conferral date or date of last course credit, whichever occurs last.

Remove requirement that commissioner provide HIV training to applicants and instead require commissioner to outline content required in annual staff training for substance use disorder treatment programs.

Modify client record documentation requirements to allow significant event documentation within 24 hours instead of on the day of the event, and require residential treatment programs to document medical appointments, medication concerns, and treatment service attendance on the day each occurs.

Change withdrawal management program location requirement from hospital or supervised living facility with class A or B license to only specify hospital or class A or B supervised living facility under Department of Health rules.
