Removes private nonprofit hospitals that lease buildings from counties or cities from the definition of "claimant agency" eligible to participate in Minnesota's revenue recapture program, effective the day following final enactment.

Removes ambulance services licensed under chapter 144E from the definition of "claimant agency" under the revenue recapture program, effective the day following final enactment.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 270A.04, subdivision 5, which required private nonprofit hospitals leasing county or city buildings to annually provide lease agreements to the commissioner.
