• Defines abuse of dominant position as conduct intended to eliminate competitors or deter market entry, including exclusive contracts, denying access to essential facilities, preferencing own products, and refusing to deal with competitors.

• Specifically addresses labor market abuses including noncompete clauses, no-poach agreements, and restrictions on workers disclosing wage information.
