Proposes adding Section 18 to Article I of the Minnesota Constitution guaranteeing that equality under the law shall not be abridged or denied based on race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin.

Amendment applies to the state and all of its cities, counties, and other political subdivisions.

Requires submission of the proposed amendment to voters at the 2024 general election, with the ballot question titled "Equal Rights Amendment."

Amendment becomes effective January 1, 2025, if ratified by voters.
