Amends Minnesota Statutes section 97A.512 to add adipose tissue to the list of inedible portions from lawfully taken big game animals, fur-bearing animals, fish, and game birds that may be legally possessed, transported, bought, or sold.

Permits sale of adipose tissue alongside existing allowable inedible portions including bones, sinews, hides, skins, hooves, teeth, claws, and antlers.

Maintains existing prohibitions on buying or selling bear paws unless attached to the hide and bear gallbladders.
