Prohibits manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers from selling or offering for sale bottled water in Minnesota, effective January 1, 2024.

Defines "bottled water" as water in a plastic resin container that is sealed and holds less than two liters when full.

Includes natural spring/well water, municipal/utility water, carbonated/sparkling water, and flavored water in the definition, but excludes distilled, deionized, and mineral water.

Imposes civil penalties of $50 per unit up to a maximum of $500 per violation, with authority for the Attorney General to seek injunctive relief and accept assurances of discontinuance.
