• Appropriates $61,020,000 for fiscal year 2024 and $29,357,000 for fiscal year 2025 to the Department of Military Affairs for training facilities maintenance, general support including cyber coordination and fitness initiatives, and enlistment incentives.

• Appropriates $146,548,000 for fiscal year 2024 and $132,011,000 for fiscal year 2025 to the Department of Veterans Affairs for programs including veterans homes healthcare, service organizations, homeless veteran initiatives, and educational benefits.

• Increases Minnesota GI Bill education benefits to $5,000 per fiscal year and $15,000 lifetime for full-time students, and increases apprenticeship and on-the-job training program aggregate benefits to $15,000 lifetime.
