• Requires the Clean Water Council to recommend appropriating clean water fund money to the Pollution Control Agency for grants to counties in the Great Lakes and Lake Superior watersheds that discharge PFAS into Lake Superior.

• Grant funds support projects to plan, design, engineer, construct, and line landfills; remediate existing PFAS contamination; and prevent future contamination.

• Grants require a matching contribution of at least 25 percent from sources other than the clean water fund.

• Appropriates unspecified amounts from the clean water fund for fiscal years 2024 and 2025 to the Pollution Control Agency for the PFAS reduction grants program.
