Requires each fiscal agent receiving arts and cultural heritage fund money in a biennial budget to submit a report by February 15 of the next odd-numbered year to legislative committee chairs and ranking minority members with jurisdiction over the legacy arts and cultural heritage fund

Each report must cover the two-year period prior to submission and include an accounting of distributed money and unexpended money

Reports must include summary information on programs supported by the funding and competitive grant programs when offered

Reports must include grant information for grants provided to individuals, entities, or organizations, including completion status of awarded programs or projects

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 129D.17, by adding a new subdivision 6
