• Task force must submit a written report by December 1, 2024 on uniform standards for toxicology testing and reporting of prenatal controlled substance exposure to local welfare agencies.

• In the second year, task force shall study family-centered substance use disorder treatment options, barriers to access, and involuntary civil commitment during pregnancy, with recommendations due by December 1, 2025.

• Appropriates an unspecified amount from the general fund in fiscal year 2024 to the Legislative Coordinating Commission for task force operations, as a onetime appropriation available until December 1, 2025; task force expires upon final report submission or December 1, 2025, whichever is later.
