• Amends Minnesota Statutes section 84.66, subdivision 7 to allow landowners to convey easements with preexisting easements that are acceptable to the commissioner.

• Adds land to Frontenac State Park in Goodhue County, William O'Brien State Park in Washington County, and Riverlands State Forest in St. Louis County.

• Authorizes private sale of surplus state land bordering public water in Aitkin County (Sugar Lake) and Crow Wing County (Borden Lake area).

• Authorizes public sales of surplus state land bordering public water in Becker County (Cotton Lake and Pearl Lake) and Kandiyohi County (Florida Lake), with Kandiyohi sale subject to state flowage easement reservation.

• Authorizes multiple private sales of tax-forfeited lands in Beltrami, Itasca, Koochiching, and St. Louis counties, and authorizes state acquisition and reconveyance of land in Duluth to the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa for Mission Creek Cemetery purposes.
