Expands Minnesota's sales and use tax exemption for baby products by adding baby wipes, cribs and bassinets, crib and bassinet mattresses, crib and bassinet sheets, changing tables, and changing pads to the existing exemption list.

Maintains existing exemptions for breast pumps, baby bottles and nipples, pacifiers, teething rings, infant syringes, strollers, car seats and car seat bases, baby swings, bottle sterilizers, and infant eating utensils.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 297A.67, subdivision 9.

Effective for sales and purchases made after June 30, 2023.
