Appropriates $1,200,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $1,200,000 in fiscal year 2025 from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for a grant to Olmsted County.

Grant funds must be used to maintain and expand shelters and services for persons experiencing homelessness and support transitions to permanent stable housing.

Allocates $420,000 annually for long-term shelters and transitional housing programs and $420,000 annually for shorter-term shelters.

Allocates $120,000 annually for hotel vouchers for persons experiencing homelessness.

Allows Olmsted County to contract with eligible nonprofit organizations and local and Tribal governmental units to provide services under the grant program.
