Adopts Metropolitan Council plan MC2023-2 as the official redistricting plan for Metropolitan Council districts, replacing the previous plan MC2013-1A.

Establishes district boundaries as described in plan MC2023-2, which was filed with the Geographical Information Systems Office of the Legislative Coordinating Commission and published on March 21, 2023.

Applies to seven counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington.

Repeals the previous redistricting plan (subdivision 3e) that had adopted plan MC2013-1A from April 9, 2013.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
