Establishes the Infrastructure Resilience Advisory Task Force to evaluate coordination, sustainability, resiliency, and federal funding for state, local, and private infrastructure.

Task force membership includes 2 senate members, 2 house members, 11 state commissioners, 2 gubernatorial appointees, 1 tribal representative, and representatives from counties, cities, townships, and industry organizations totaling 20+ members.

All appointing authorities must complete appointments by July 31, 2023, with commissioner of transportation to convene the first meeting by October 1, 2023.

Task force must develop objectives and strategies for effective infrastructure management, sustainability, resilience, federal funding maximization, and equitable treatment of disadvantaged communities, plus evaluate organizational design options for state agencies.

Task force must submit a report by February 1, 2024 to the governor and relevant legislative committees with findings, recommendations, and draft legislation, then expires June 30, 2024.
