Appropriates $13,750,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $13,750,000 in fiscal year 2025 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Minnesota Historical Society for competitive grants to local, county, regional, and other historical or cultural organizations to preserve historic and cultural resources.

Appropriates $13,750,000 in each of fiscal years 2024 and 2025 for historic and cultural programs and purposes related to the heritage of the state.

Appropriates $3,625,000 in each of fiscal years 2024 and 2025 for history partnerships involving multiple organizations to preserve and enhance access to Minnesota's history and cultural heritage across all regions of the state.

Appropriates $500,000 in each of fiscal years 2024 and 2025 for statewide surveys or investigations of Minnesota's historical, archeological, and cultural sites, with results published free to the public in searchable form and overseen by a board comprised of representatives from the Minnesota Historical Society, Office of the State Archeologist, Indian Affairs Council, and State Historic Preservation Office.

Appropriates $500,000 in each of fiscal years 2024 and 2025 for a digital library project to preserve, digitize, and share Minnesota images, documents, and historical materials in cooperation with the Minitex interlibrary loan system.
