Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256B.0625, subdivision 9, to add coverage for pediatric zirconia crowns for children under medical assistance.

Adds new paragraph (f) to the dental services section specifying that medical assistance covers pediatric zirconia crowns for children in addition to other medically necessary dental services for children and pregnant women.

Renumbers subsequent paragraphs accordingly, with prior authorization restrictions moving from paragraph (f) to paragraph (g).

Maintains existing dental coverage limitations for nonpregnant adults, children, and pregnant women under the medical assistance program.
