Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 123B.49, subdivision 4, to require school boards to allow all resident home school students in compliance with sections 120A.22 and 120A.24 to fully participate in extracurricular activities on the same basis as public school students.

Defines extracurricular activities as direct and personal services for pupil enjoyment managed under adult or staff guidance, including activities not offered for school credit, generally conducted outside school hours, and determined primarily by pupil participants.

Permits school districts to fund extracurricular activity costs from school revenues, with all revenues and expenditures recorded in the same manner as other district finances.

Requires school districts to reserve revenue raised for extracurricular activities and spend it only for extracurricular activities.
