• Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256B.761 to require payment rates for all behavioral health services provided as family services to be paid at a rate not less than the rate for individual services, effective July 1, 2024.

• Applies to all behavioral health services delivered in a family therapy context under the Medical Assistance program.

• Changes take effect for services rendered on or after July 1, 2024.
