The city of Eagan may issue up to three on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses to the owner of a multiuse sports and event center located on Outlot A, Viking Lakes 3rd Addition.

Licenses may also be issued to facility operators, concessionaires, catering operators, or other third-party food and beverage vendors operating under contract with the center owner.

Licensed premises may be non-compact and non-contiguous spaces, provided the licensed area is specifically described in the approved license.

Licenses authorize alcohol sales on all days of the week.

The bill becomes effective upon approval by the Eagan City Council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
