Allows persons to use digital images of paper hunting and fishing licenses to satisfy possession requirements when inspected by conservation officers or peace officers, expiring March 5, 2025.

Permits use of digital images for cross-country-ski passes and horse passes to meet statutory requirements until March 5, 2025.

Officers are immune from liability for damage to electronic devices used to display licenses, except when failing to exercise due care in handling the device.

Displaying a license on an electronic device does not constitute consent for officers to access other contents on that device.

Act takes effect the day following final enactment.
