Amends Minnesota Statutes section 336.1-201 to add a new definition of "central bank digital currency" to the Uniform Commercial Code general definitions.

Defines "central bank digital currency" as a digital currency, digital medium of exchange, or digital monetary unit of account issued by the U.S. Federal Reserve System, a federal agency, foreign government, foreign central bank, or foreign reserve system that is made directly available to consumers or processed/validated directly by an issuing entity.

Revises the definition of "money" to explicitly exclude central bank digital currencies, limiting "money" to mediums of exchange currently authorized or adopted by domestic or foreign governments and monetary units of account established by intergovernmental organizations or international agreements.
