• Medication regimen review reports must be provided to the facility's director of health services, then to the resident's attending provider, with both the director and provider signing and accepting or rejecting the report by the provider's next visit or sooner if needed.

• Facilities must offer medication regimen reviews to residents not receiving medication management services at admission and when significant changes in condition occur, with the resident's decision documented in their record.

• Facilities providing medication management services must have a pharmacist or nurse conduct annual on-site reviews of medication storage, setup, and administration practices, with results and recommendations provided to the director of health services.
