Appropriates $5,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Woman's Club of Minneapolis, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Funds are designated for design, construction, renovation, and equipment of capital improvements at 410 Oak Grove Street in Minneapolis, including mechanical and electrical systems, utility and stormwater management infrastructure, safety and security systems, accessibility upgrades, and site renovations.

Appropriation is contingent on the commissioner of management and budget determining that sufficient funds have been committed to complete the project, as required by Minnesota Statutes section 16A.502.

This is a onetime appropriation available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.

Effective the day following final enactment.
