Appropriates $12,835,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Ramsey County for Aldrich Arena improvements.

Aldrich Arena improvements include predesign, design, and construction of facility and site improvements to renovate the arena as a regional and statewide event center.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $12,835,000 to fund the appropriation, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
