Requires schools participating in the national school lunch program to schedule a minimum of 15 minutes for children to eat lunch after receiving their meal

Excludes from the 15-minute minimum: transition time to and from the cafeteria, waiting in food service lines, selecting meals, returning trays, and recess

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2023 Supplement, section 124D.111, by adding a new subdivision

Effective date is July 1, 2024
