Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund to the Department of Education in fiscal year 2025 for a grant to Girl Scouts River Valleys as fiscal agent for Girl Scouts councils' community engagement programs.

Grant funds must support community engagement programs for underserved communities and girls facing systemic barriers in education through kindergarten grade 12, including programming in healthy relationships, STEM, financial literacy, college and career readiness, and leadership development.

Requires the grantee to submit a report by February 1, 2026 to the commissioner of education and legislative committee chairs detailing program expenditures and outcomes, including participant demographic information, social and emotional health benefits, and graduation and postsecondary enrollment expectations.

Designates this as a onetime appropriation.
