• Appropriates $16,500,000 from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Maple Grove for expansion and renovation of the Maple Grove Community Center.

• Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $16,500,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

• Bond issuance shall follow procedures prescribed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

• Effective the day following final enactment.
