Applies to all job postings made directly by employers or indirectly through third parties, whether electronic or printed, that include qualifications for applicants.

Employers must provide either a salary range with minimum and maximum annual or hourly compensation, or a fixed pay rate if no range is offered.

Requires employers to include a general description of all benefits and other compensation to be offered to hired applicants.

Prohibits open-ended salary ranges in job postings.
