Establishes new warehouse distribution worker safety requirements under Minnesota Statutes, section 182.6526, applicable to employers with 250+ employees at a single facility or 1,000+ employees statewide.

Requires employers to provide written descriptions of all work quotas to employees in plain language and primary language within 30 days of hire, including measurement standards and potential adverse employment actions.

Prohibits quotas that prevent compliance with meal/rest/prayer periods, restroom access, or occupational health and safety standards, and bars retaliation for quota-related requests.

Grants employees the right to request their personal work speed data and aggregated comparative data up to four times per year within four business days; requires provision of 90-day performance data at time of discipline or termination.

Appropriates $115,000 for fiscal year 2024 and $91,000 for fiscal year 2025 from the workers' compensation fund to the commissioner of labor and industry for enforcement.
