Increases the cap on supportive housing units from 226 to 500 units in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington Counties for homeless adults with disabilities including mental illness, substance abuse history, or HIV/AIDS.

Requires the Housing Coordinating Board to distribute units to eligible counties with each county receiving a minimum allocation of 20 units, with unused units reallocatable to other counties if needed.

Maintains the requirement that at least 70 percent of units serve homeless adults with mental illness or substance abuse who were recently discharged from treatment centers or psychiatric hospitals.

Appropriates unspecified general fund dollars in fiscal year 2024 to the Commissioner of Human Services for supportive housing expansion, including administrative funding for two full-time equivalent employees in recipient counties to process eligibility.
