MN HF3666

Prohibits state agencies, political subdivisions, and governmental entities in Minnesota from enacting or enforcing laws, rules, regulations, or guidance that regulate health-related regulations of international health organizations unless enacted through legislation or signed executive order.

Defines "international health organization" as any organization, agency, or entity established by international agreement or treaty to promote, protect, or improve public health worldwide.

Does not prevent Minnesota from enforcing federal laws or regulations applicable to international health organizations.

Adds new section 145.661 to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 145.
