Allows licensed child care centers and family child care providers to adopt policies prohibiting enrollment of children over two months of age who are not immunized according to state requirements and rules.

Applies the prohibition only to children who are not exempt from immunizations under existing exemptions for medical reasons, physician statements, or age-based exemptions.

Exempts children enrolled in child care programs that adopt immunization policies from the religious/conscientious belief exemption that would otherwise be available under state law.

Modifies Minnesota Statutes section 121A.15 by adding a new subdivision allowing child care facilities to set their own immunization enrollment requirements.
