$120,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for design and engineering of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, water distribution systems, and contamination remediation in Blooming Prairie affected by Trunk Highway 218 construction between 4th Street Northeast and 4th Street Southeast.

$2,945,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for engineering and construction of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, water distribution systems, and contamination remediation in the same Blooming Prairie area.

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,065,000 to fund the appropriations, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Any design and engineering funds remaining after completion may be applied toward construction purposes.

Effective date is the day following final enactment.
