Appropriates $11,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to Laketown Township for wastewater infrastructure replacement.

Covers design, construction, and equipment of sanitary sewer infrastructure including septic tanks, sewer mains, service lines, and lift stations to replace the township's existing wastewater collection system.

Includes funding for demolition and removal of existing sanitary sewer infrastructure and for street restoration and other necessary improvements.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $11,000,000 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
