School districts must include child physical and sexual abuse prevention instruction in health curriculum, effective for the 2025-2026 school year and later.

Instruction must be age-appropriate, multisession, multimodal, culturally inclusive, and developmentally appropriate, covering identifying abuse, recognizing assault, boundary violations, grooming tactics, and strategies to promote disclosure and reduce self-blame.

School districts must train instructors on managing disclosures that may occur during abuse prevention instruction and develop a policy for responding to those disclosures.

School districts may provide parents with information on warning signs of child abuse, medical and emotional effects, and available resources.

Changes the purpose of "Erin's Law" from encouraging to requiring districts to integrate or offer instruction on child sexual abuse prevention to students and training to school personnel.
