Changes Minnesota Statutes section 519.11 to allow "two people" of legal age to enter antenuptial contracts, replacing language limited to "a man and woman"

Maintains existing requirements that antenuptial contracts must include full and fair disclosure of earnings and property, and parties must have opportunity to consult independent legal counsel

Permits antenuptial contracts to determine rights in nonmarital property upon marriage dissolution, legal separation, or death, and allows parties to waive estate rights

Applies retroactively to invalidate any prior rejection of antenuptial agreements based solely on the same sex of the parties

Effective the day following final enactment for agreements entered before, on, or after that date
