Appropriates $2,750,000 from bond proceeds to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Cambridge for infrastructure improvements along marked Trunk Highway 95, including traffic signals, street lighting, storm sewers, retention ponds, sanitary sewers, and water mains.

Appropriates $1,280,000 from bond proceeds to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Cambridge for preliminary engineering, final design, and construction to relocate and improve the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad track at its intersection with marked Trunk Highway 95.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $4,030,000 to provide funding for the appropriations, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
