Amends Minnesota Statutes 2023 Supplement, section 62J.84, subdivision 14, to require wholesale drug distributors to report prescription drug information on a monthly basis rather than annually, effective January 1, 2024.

Requires wholesale drug distributors to submit detailed drug information within 60 days of notification, including national drug code, product name, dosage form, strength, and package size.

Mandates monthly reporting for the 12-month period prior to notification covering units acquired, total amount spent before rebates, rebate receivable amounts, units sold, gross revenue from United States sales, and total rebate payable amounts.

Allows wholesale drug distributors to submit supporting documentation for the reported information.

Applies to prescription drugs identified by the department as having substantial public interest and subject to a notification to report.
