Amends Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 10, subdivision 8 to revise the appropriation for East Gull Lake trail and park development.

Provides $353,000 to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of East Gull Lake for trail reconstruction and park development.

Funds design, engineering, and construction of a continuation of the Gull Lake Trail, including a segment along Gull Point Road and a trail connection to the Harbor development channel for watercraft and fishing access.

Supports design, engineering, and construction of a fishing park with channel dredging for watercraft access, parking area, and other amenities.

Effective the day following final enactment.
