Appropriates $7,300,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Scott County.

Grant funds will acquire property and predesign, design, and construct approximately 4.3 miles of the Louisville Segment of the Merriam Junction Regional Trail.

Trail segment extends from the Louisville Swamp Trailhead in Louisville Township to the Big Woods Trail in Shakopee.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $7,300,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
