$1,390,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the Central Iron Range Sanitary Sewer District for infrastructure improvements.

Funded improvements include Buhl/Kinney conveyance capacity upgrades for industrial and commercial development along Trunk Highway 169 corridor, Buhl lift station upgrades, and security upgrades.

Grant does not require a nonstate match from the district.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,390,000 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
