Allows brew pubs to have ownership interests in, serve as officers or employees of, or be affiliates of farm wineries, notwithstanding existing prohibitions on affiliation with other manufacturers and brewers.

Permits brew pubs to be affiliates or subsidiaries of brewers licensed in Minnesota or elsewhere if the brewer's only malt liquor manufacture is farm winery-licensed, exclusively for restaurant consumption, or for consumption primarily in a restaurant located in or adjacent to the manufacturing location.

Authorizes retail licenses to be issued to brew pubs and farm wineries regardless of whether the applicant has direct or indirect interests in other brew pubs or farm wineries.
