Establishes limited driver's licenses for treatment court participants where use of a license materially supports successful attendance or participation in treatment court.

Requires treatment court coordinators to verify a person's treatment court participation status upon request from peace officers or law enforcement agencies and provide dates, times, and locations of required court activities, treatment programs, and community service events.

Mandates treatment court coordinators notify the commissioner of driver and vehicle services if a person is terminated from treatment court participation.

Prohibits the commissioner from imposing any license conditions or restrictions that would prevent qualified treatment court participants from attending required hearings, meetings, treatment programs, sober support activities, community service events, or other court-ordered activities.

Classifies court records and driving restriction information for treatment court participant limited license holders as private data on individuals, but allows disclosure to chiefs of police, county sheriffs, prosecuting attorneys, and law enforcement agencies with arrest authority.
