Appropriates $6,343,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Silver Bay for public infrastructure design, construction, and reconstruction.

Eligible infrastructure projects include sewers, water supply systems, utility extensions, street construction and reconstruction, wastewater treatment systems, stormwater management systems, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $6,343,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Bond issuance follows procedures prescribed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
