Permits remote worker training and development services via two-way interactive audio and visual telecommunications for Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) recipients with chronic health conditions or severely compromised immune systems, subject to recipient request and primary health care provider approval.

Requires the primary health care provider to document in writing that remote services are appropriate and include this determination in the recipient's CFSS service delivery plan.

Prohibits remote delivery of initial worker training and development services provided at the start of services or when a new support worker begins employment.

Allows CFSS service delivery plans developed or amended through remote worker training services to be executed by electronic signature.

Permits recipients to request return to in-person worker training and development services at any time; becomes effective upon CFSS implementation.
