Appropriates $3,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of human services for payment to Lifeworks Services, Inc.

Funds a statewide disability inclusion pilot project to educate people with disabilities about resources and advocate for full and equal access and opportunities in all aspects of life.

Requires training for parents, guardians, and families to understand the disability service system and overcome preconceived barriers.

Directs efforts to persuade employers to diversify workforces by hiring people with disabilities and build capacity for culturally specific services led by entrepreneurs and business owners from rural communities and who are immigrants, Black, Indigenous, and people of color.

Launches a statewide disability inclusion assessment program for businesses and community spaces to ensure accessibility and discrimination-free interactions for people with disabilities.
